My story

It all started when I became a mom of two. A two-and-half years old, and a new-born baby was my everyday reality. I felt that if I change nothing and continue being sleep deprived, I cannot fully enjoy my family and my life. I knew I could do so much more, but something held me back. That something was a very poor sleep. I knew there should be a solution, and started to search.
In a year I became a mom of two perfect sleepers and a new business owner, just in the beginning of a year long quarantine in Greece. You know this situation when your babies sleep easily and nice and you still stay awake a half of night because you think it helps you to achieve your goals? It has a scientific name, and of course a solution.
I strongly believe that society of good sleeping people is a better society. Good quality sleep helps us be more productive, less aggressive, more successful and happier. And that is a society I want my kids to grow up in.
So now I’m here to help you identify your sleep problem and find a solution.
